Very clean and nice hotel. The rooms were clean and beautiful. The staff was friendly. M' Ocean restaurant had very good food and the restaurant itself was very nice looking. Location was very good, it was very close to the beach and city center. If someone had birthday, there was congratulating paper in the room door and elevators which was very kind. Wifi worked very good. The bad thing was that our hotel room was so that the view from the balcony was the wall of the hotel next to. The aircondition system of the other hotel kept so much noise that sitting in the balcony was impossible. There was also no sun to the balcony.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room, lobby, restaurant, pool and beach were all the time clean. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were served at hotel Sunpark Beach on the other side of the street (beach side). Food was delicious. We stayed here one week in August. We warmly recommend this hotel to you.

Very friendly staff in the lobby. Yhteys speak good English. Espesially the girl who was there in the morning times. Rooms are clean and they clean it everyday. Airconditioning was in the bedroom and in the livingroom. Loud music from the other hotel poolarea in the evening was disturbing. So If you have small kids this is not your choice for staying. Hairdyer wasn't good so take your own If u need one. They offer all in clusive package, take it and your life is much easier, Food is served next door restaurant Sunpark beach. Healthy, salad and fruit buffet. Allround good experience except the restaurant M'ocean

I stayed here for one week in July. It was a very pleasant stay. I got a great room on the fifth floor and the bed was very good to sleep in. The cleaning was also very good and the staff was nice and helpful. All in all a very good experience with this hotel! 👍🏻 I would reccomend this hotel to others going to Alanya
