We were terribly disappointed with this place. Firstly, we were given an apartment that was converted to hotel in a corner building which is so secluded that it feels like a haunted Mansion. The entire block was free and when asked for a change of room, they denied saying it was fully occupied. They do not have basic courtesy, when complained about cleanliness of the room and other amenities which were promised, they just listen to you and forget about it. You have to call the receptionist multiple times for anything. They are so annoying: we complained that there were big worms creeping into the room from trees hanging into the balcony, they said its common in a place like this and just laughed it off. Please do not get fooled by false reviews, this place is an utter waste of money. I would recommend you are better off staying in oyo rooms or other smaller places than getting robbed in this place. Oh, almost forgot, the only thing good about this place is it has a decent swimming pool.

Went to Goa for this long weekend & stayed here. The place is located perfectly in the heart of candolim where everything is at a walkable distance. The place is quite silent & you'll feel like you are the only one staying but very pleasant to stay. Usually the prices are always high for staying here but I booked through an agent so got a really nice deal. It has car parking, pool, supermarket just outside, beach closeby & everything you can ask for. Cleanliness is a bit of a problem here.

Best value for money, Nice rooms. Great food with pool and gym in campus and this my second visit and would like come again and again.Almost all site seeing venues are near by with calm and green scenery.

Excellent hotel and ideal location.very helpful staff,.But i would not suggest to book through Agoda as this is the third time i booked through agoda and no booking was forwarded by the company to the hotel.it was the helpful staff who went out of their way to help.please avoid agoda but the hotel is real comfortable with good homely food.

Excellent resort very close to Candolim beach with great service. Stayed here for 2 days, awesome food and well maintained rooms. Although not many indoor games and activities and only swimming pools. Overall good experience.
