We booked 3 rooms in this hotel - when we arrived, one room had water damage, peeling paint and smelt like a sewer, one room had a non working fan. We changed one of the rooms but that too had a non-working fan.
We asked for alternatives from the management and they agreed to upgrade our rooms IF we paid extra charges for them !!
Unwilling to waste our time, we agreed to have our rooms upgraded but guess what, 1 of their "deluxe" rooms had a broken lock and an another one could only be locked from inside ! The refrigerators had not been cleaned for ages and smelled like dead rats. The TVs were barely functional with random noise and non-working volume controls.
To top it all, the managers were completely unconcerned saying that they "just work here" and declined to even give a discount charging us full extra amount for the "upgraded rooms"
Please do yourselves a favor and choose a better hotel...

Booked this via Make my Trip and paid close to Rs. 2000/- for a night. The rooms at the ground floor are very shoddy. The exhaust fan doesnt work. The locks dont work. The beds are small and the rooms are dirty. Its basically an old property. Location is far from the center of the city.

Stayed there with family, the place is little out of Dehradun on road to Mussoorie but in a very quiet location. The staff and workers are very helpful. The food here is very delicious. We really had good time here.

Its a budget hotel with nice service and food is soooooooo good, rooms sizes are good, location is also very good, hotel staff is also very nice, I recommend this hotel for good food, location and staff behavior.

Located on Rajpur Road, this hotel is well connected to the rest of the town. It has good spacious rooms and decent facilities. Choice of food is also nice. It doesn't have laundry services of its own. Good for a family stay.
