I had a very good experience in hilton corniche, the staff there is very friendly especially Alyaa in the front desk, she is very helpful and friendly and she made sure that i was satisfied in my stay, she is a credit to the hotel.

This hotel has been great. The private beach is right across the street, but they offer a free shuttle that leaves as soon as it's requested as it's a busy street to cross. Every single member of the staff that I've encountered has been wonderful, including a 1:30 am check in. The service provided by Ferial Farid in the executive lounge deserves special recognition as she has gone above and beyond night after night to provide excellent service above what I would have expected.

It is my fifth visit to hilton alexandria corniche.
The only word that can express this hotel is consisting of three letters (WOW)
Everything is perfect. Location, cleanliness, hospitality and comfort.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights (6th to 8th of November 2017).
The stay was quite comfortable in general. Staff were friendly and responsive and the food was very good. Nevertheless, I would like to report one incident that needs to be taken care of. The door lock of my room failed to be opened by the card and I had to go down several times almost every day of my stay. The staff thought it was due to me putting the card besides my mobile. It turned out that the batteries of the lock were down and needed to be replaced. It would be a good idea to check things before letting customers use it.

Every thing is perfect, location, staff hospitality and quality 0f service was supper neat and professional meeting rooms has an amazing sea view as well as the rooms the Santorini restaurant is out of this world
