It’s a Hilton. It’s what you expect which is good. Worked well for a conference. Food was good and staff very nice. Stayed here many times and he service is consistent. It’s my goto Hilton for the area.

Hilton Old Town Alexandria is located across the street from the King Street Metro Station and is about a short bock away from a free King Street trolley stop (in front of Hampton Inn). If not in a hurry we recommend the walk down King St to the river front (about a short 2 mile walk). If you get tired, there are many stops along the way to catch the free trolley. There is no valet parking, and the self parking in the garage is an adventure in itself, but look for the Hilton marked parking on P2 and P3: The parking on levels marked “office” are not for Hilton patrons.

The hotel had everything we needed. It was very clean, bright and had great ambiance.
The beds were comfortable. Housekeeping was on point each day with tidying up our rooms and replacing used items. We had dinner in the restaurant one evening. It was very good. We also loved the Starbucks in the lobby! The Metro to DC was literally right outside of the hotel door.
The only glitch happened when I had to add a night on the front end of our existing reservation and the rate increased by $20 per night for the 2 nights of our original reservation. When I questioned it, they told me to avoid that, I should have made a separate reservation for the additional night. ???

This hotel was well run and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The only inconvenience was the way the parking lot was arranged. It was not the easiest to find and not the easiest to use. However, I recommend this Hotel.

It was evident from the moment I checked in that the staff at this hotel was well led and therefore happy. From the front desk, to the events team, to the maintenance workers, everyone was very friendly. They texted me shortly after getting into my room to ensure everything was satisfactory. Another bonus is that there is a Starbucks in the lobby! You won't be disappointed staying here!
