Freezing room ( aircon control panel was inoperable ) front desk contacted & they promised to remotely turn the heating on ! ( no extra bedding in the wardrobe)
The room temperature remained chilly until I left the next day !
I tired to contact the reception desk again when the heating wasn't turned on & no one answered the front desk phone for over ONE HOUR & TEN minutes !!
There were live wires sticking out of the wall & one of the bedside lamps kept flashing !
The lock on the door was extremely difficult to turn !
The room was clean but very tired !
The only saving factor of this hotel was the excellent breakfast, nice staff & wonderfully warm dining room .
Room rate was discounted following complaint, however I wouldn't recommend this hotel !

I organised a one night stay as a special gift for my wife's birthday and clearly the whole thing has been ruined. My wife is thoroughly disappointed. I am very upset and angry that such a reputable hotel chain like Hilton would have dirty toilet and stained chairs. This is clearly not acceptable. I paid my money to Hilton because of its branding and I did not get the value for the money I paid. The bed was creaky with nails not in place. Never again I am using this hotel When I raised these issues at the reception on leaving , the receptionist did not make any efforts to address my concerns.

We chose this Hotel because of its location to Coral Reef which was our reason for staying. We had a family room and made use of the Pool and Gym facilities. The room was adequate, comfortable and clean. Staff were professional and attentive. I thought the bar and restaurant prices were a bit high so we ate and drank in a local pub. Overall the experience was good, and if you need to stay somewhere close to Coral Reef - Ascot or even Legoland then this Hotel is perfectly priced and located for any of those. I'd also say that the new Lexicon center in Bracknell is a must visit too...

An overnight stay. Accommodation was excellent and gave real value for money. Room large and warm. Staff welcoming and helpful. Ready to assist without being over bearing, Breakfast very good and served hot. Plenty to eat. Large spacious lobby. Just great.

I’ve visited lots of Hilton brand hotels around the World. (Over 100) and this place is by far the worst I’ve visited.
It lets down the Hilton Brand and what it stands for.
Obviously the response will be the churned out templates they use below but people should be aware of:
My elderly mother arrived in her room. The air conditioning was locked on super cool. She rang down to ask for help. They didn’t apologise and said they’d sort it.
Two hours later it was still freezing cold. She rang down and asked for help. They said they’d done all they could and would send blankets. (Not great for a £120 hotel room)
The blankets arrived an hour later.
The door didn’t lock correctly.
There were exposed wires in the cupboards.
The corridor carpets are stained.
The bar is an odd cross of a waiting area and children’s play area.
The staff don’t manage behaviours in any way. Expect children to be running the corridors unchallenged.
The breakfast is great, the reception staff try hard to plug the gaps that their building and management have created but it’s not a Hilton experience and in now way can you rely on them to “make it right”.
I complained and got a reduction on the room. They clearly are used to unhappy travellers.
There are lots of other hotels, I’d recommend you use them instead.
