Haven't stayed here since 2007. Had two days here 17 18 November. Warm welcome, nice staff, room clean but bed bit slanted. Great Richie still in the bar since my last visit. Great service good food drink. Thank You

Just stayed at the Chicago Hilton O'Hare and was unpleasantly surprised although maybe I shouldn't have been. I flew in for a meeting at this hotel so that was convenient but the hotel itself was super dated and expensive. The furniture and the rugs were all really dated, almost 70's Hilton style and the bathroom was tight. I couldn't get to the shower or put the bath mat down without closing the door. It also cost $350 for the night. So if you are here for a meeting, it's great and convenient - you never have to walk outside to get to/from the terminal, otherwise it's not worth it. Also, I had a great person check me in while my boss had someone who seemed to hate her job - my boss had to go back for the wifi password (which was a different network than mine) and she couldn't be bother to offer suggestions.

The hotel is a little outdated and old. But that's not the major problem. For an airport hotel they don't cater to travelers at all. There is no lobby space to sit and chat or meet with others. I went to the bar area at 10 am to just sit at a table in the empty bar and was told if I didn't order I'd have to leave. No one asks if they can help, Obviously it's convenient but if you have any other choice I would choose otherwise.

Husband had a very early flight out of O'Hare Sunday morning, did not want to leave home at 1:00am to get him there. Got a great rate by being a Hilton Honors Member. Super convenient, once we were checked in, he did not need to set foot outside to get to his flight the next day. No on-site parking, but I parked in the Economy Lot and the ATS and Buses took you right to the terminals which connect to the hotel. Would definitely recommend for anyone traveling in or out of O'Hare that needs a place for the night. Only sad we did not take advantage of the pool.

This is the flagship Hilton for poor service and a staff that real does not care about customer service. Poor reservation system, poor desk assistance, Airline members cut line in front of honors guests. Paking agent was the only shining light here. His kindness earns his tip. Attendants at health club denied entrance of honors guest to use restroom as nearest facility was a walk down the hall, not easyt for a disabled guest. This hotel missed the mark on every front. The Gaslight room was a highlight, enjoyable staff, music, and decent food.
