We stayed at the hotel for 7 days before going on a cruise.
When we arrived after a long day they had no reservation for us even though we had booked with virgin a year in advance!
The reception staff were so helpful they telephoned virgin and sorted it straight away. The room was clean and comfortable, the food in the tiki bar was very good and reasonably priced.
The location on the beach was perfect, we walked to the pier whenever we could and had a drink in the bar at the end of the pier. The hotel even did a rocket launch party.
We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back there if we stay in cocoa Beach again.

Ran into some issues with the room AC pouring condensation all over the bathroom floor. Karrie did an excellent job in ensuring the issue was quickly resolved. In my opinion, she showed sincere concern and regret and went above and beyond to make my staff comfortable and pleasant.
I would also like to point out the exceptionalism of the breakfast team. Adam, the egg chef, was a very positive and cheerful welcome every morning. He prepares the best omelets anyone could ask for. Thank you, Adam, for helping start my day off right!

Fantastic hotel with amazing staff. We were greeted at check in with a Happy Birthday from check in staff and access to our room early as a birthday gift, we were then given an oceanfront room and wow what a view! We enjoyed the heated pool and the beach and had lunch in the beautiful Tiki bar-delicious and were treated by more attentive staff. Wee knock on the door and a complimentary bottle of fizz to continue the celebrations -Thank you to all the staff for making this stay so special - we will be back!!!

Very nice property. We stayed for one night prior to our cruise and everything was great. I would like to especially thank the breakfast omelette cook for an excellent meal. The waitstaff were great too. All in all, a good experience and we’ll be back surely.

The location is great with it being right on the beach. The pool was basic but I loved how warm it was and there was a small splash pad for little kids. We ate at the outside restaurant twice- happy hour had good specials. They provide free towels for pool/beach but you would have to pay for a beach chair if you wanted. Parking was around $5. We had room 136 which has to be the worst room there. I asked for a quiet room because we were traveling with our 4 month daughter. The room is on the ground floor right on the main outside corner. We had to keep the blinds shut the whole time because people constantly walk by which is super inconvenient when I was nursing her. With the blinds shut, there was very little light. I also wouldn't consider it quiet because it was next to a door people could walk in all night and right where cars pull up to unload. I probably would try a different hotel next time I am in Cocoa Beach given the room was a turnoff and the higher price of hotel.
