Very nice Hotel. I loved the experience. Even thought I was surprised that I needed to pay extra for the breakfast, it was very good. The room was clean and the beds were very nice. The bathroom was clean. Easy parking in the premises.

I️ travel every week from NYC to Allentown, my top choice of hotels is always Hilton gardens and I recently came across this property, it’s my second week staying here consecutively, but honestly not impressed. As a gold member, I use all the perks I can, digital check in, and complimentary breakfast however I’ve never seen bottles of water in my room, and the housekeeping service is by far the worst! The first day they knocked very early, I don’t require much service but I do require fresh towels daily since my husband comes back very filthy from work. The second day, I stepped out all morning, sign was removed and I came back until later in the afternoon and I had to request service myself it almost seemed like the housekeeper skipped my room. my room was in the middle of the hallway and when I️ left she was in one end by the time I️ came back I️ assumed she had gone inside my room since she was at the other end near me but to my surprise NOTHING. Also as a weekly traveler I do use the laundry facilities and the dryer sucks! It always leaves the clothes semi wet at the end no matter how hot the air blows (Maybe maintenance should take a look) thinking about giving it another chance but honestly I’m just very dissatisfied. Also I had to change the silverware multiple times in the morning when having breakfast it had crumbs of food like it wasn’t washed properly and watermarks everywhere.

A perfect stay at the HGI in Allentown West. The staff is very friendly and professional. Gail, Steve and Kevin were a pleasure to speak to at the front desk. Well be back again when visiting the area.

Hotel staff very polite... room was well equipped... microwave and coffee maker. HOWEVER, Towels and bed linens should be clean and smell clean and fresh... they didnt and that was disgusting!!! lobby was nicely decorated and location of hotel was convenient for the hockey tournament that we played in.

This past weekend I enjoyed this Hilton as it was very accommodating and most of all peaceful. The staff was very helpful and the place itself is pleasant. Very clean rooms and bathroom, and relaxing lobby. The complimentary breakfast was a bonus. They offered all the basics and a little more. I was throughly impressed. My father and I were treated well and would recommend this hotel to others, if they are in the area. I would definitely return here for the annual bike race.
