I stayed at this hotel while attending a local event. Staff was very professional and friendly. Good value. Dinner here was good and the kitchen was open late. The room was comfortable and clean. Had everything that I needed for my short stay.

Stayed at hotel while working with FEMA to assist inviduals affected by hurricane. Cost of hotel was $141 a night. Per our work our rate of allowance went down to $136.00. spoke with General Manager about possibly lowering rate to $136.00. he informed us he would have to remove the breakfast from our room to get the rate to 136.00. we asked if there was another way and said no and that we needed to turn in our breakfast certificates. A crew member of mine called customer service who was rude to her and made her cry.
Breakfast server served my omlette to another patron. After about 2-3 minutes the patron noticed it had the wrong meat. The server pulled the omlette and went to the order window where another omlette was waiting. She grabbed the omlette and brought it to the other patron. She then proceeded to my table where she placed my omlette - the one that was originally given to another patron (GROSS!!).
Placed a do not disturb hanger on door and the cleaning crew slid a paper under the door informing me that if I needed anything to contact front desk. I pulled the hanger from the door. At about 2pm I was taking a nap. I awoke to a slight knock on the door. By the time I awoke and started getting out of bed a cleaning crew member was in my room. From then on, I had to lock my door with the deadbolt and the arm bar in fear someone would enter at anytime.

I would recommend this location. Would stay at this location again.
Very clean all around.
The distance for entertainment/restaurants are within reasonable distance.
In my opinion the pillows on the bed were uncomfortable.

Nice, clean, friendly, good location, stayed Saturday and were welcomed easily, rooms ready, no issues. Had great parking, great seating in lobby, easy to use for work which is what we needed. Good deal for the price.

Several issues were had. It took some time to fix. One of the reasons was explained well. There were no spare parts as all went into the new renovation. They were able to fix anyway. Gave us an adjustment to our bill and we are happy. Renovation is excellent. Location is fine. Walk to beach and restaurants. Enterprise on premises. Breakfast wonderful. Youall probably won't use Broward public transit, but it is very convenient to hotel.
