When I arrived and entered the property, the front desk was not prominent nor easily located. Upon check in I noticed that the front desk help was not as welcoming as other Hilton's. The room was clean and decent. The bed had issues. At first I thought it just was the adjustment. But on the second night I knew it was not. One side had a depression which made it uncomfortable to sleep on and the other side was mounded. The AC struggled to cool even though it was cool outside. Breakfast was awesome. By far the best chef I've had at many Garden Inns. The staff though needed some improvement. Kinda miniscule, but I only was given coffee once. In the three breakfasts I had not one time did they offer a refill. I had to go and use the lobby coffee.
Dinner was equally as good. Hats off to the cook. Bar tender wasn't as helpful as he could have been. Customers waiting, not a real engaging interaction when ordering. Kinda had to guess what was available. Another improvement could be a Point of Sale machine in the bar. Every card transaction had to go to the front desk to run and provided a 8.5 by 11 receipt.
At the end of the day these are minor and fixable.

Another fantastic Hilton Garden Inn experience. We stayed overnight on our way to Phoenix. They offer shuttle service (24 hrs) that we took advantage of for our dinner that evening.
Very helpful and professional staff as well. We will stay there again with out a doubt

Exceptional service and accommodations. I have paid much more for hotels of this quality. It has the feel, appearance, and accommodations of a downtown convention center but the price of a roadside motel. I had a King room and the bed was amazing! It was just like the insanely expensive memory foam bed I have at home. I never sleep well the first night in a hotel but I did here. Thank you HGI for an exceptional nights sleep and a wonderful experience. I will go out of my way from now on to stay at this brand and I will always stay here when in El Paso

I was told a price when I called in! I echecked in then charged double. I am a Diamond I have stained over 100 nights this year in a Hilton this is the worst of all!!!! The manager says he will get back with you and never calls back.

Close to the airport and the hotel and rooms are clean overall. The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was good. They could expand on their TV channel selections. I would recommend this hotel.
