There was no hot water when we checked in and no hot water when we checked out. We should have been told about this problem when we checked in. We expected more from a Hilton. It made for a very miserable trip by not being able to shower that evening or the next morning

Everything you would expect. Clean rooms, impressive lobby, great location, friendly staff. But breakfast is NOT complimentary. Strange for such a hotel. The parking lot was spacious and well lit as well.

Reception and breakfast staff all first rate. Quality of breakfast was especially. I stayed here for a conference at Southeastern Community Church - Global Health Missions Conference. It was an easy two minute drive to get to needed location.

Without a doubt our favorite Hilton Garden Inn. The people are very friendly. The breakfast staff is the very best. Although part of the breakfast is a buffet the staff alway offers to get you juice , water & coffee. You could not ask for better servuce. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are quiet. We always stay here when we come to Louisville.

We come out a couple times a year to see our kids in Louisville and always stay--for good reason! Excellently located near interstates but without the noise. Very friendly staff, with special shout out for Tamaki who takes care of breakfast during the week. She is always very attentive to our needs and super friendly. Our room was very comfortable and clean. A couple necessities in the room were missing and the desk staff got them to us quickly. From start to finish this is a great place to stay!
