Staff was not very attentive and seems to always be behind desk or sitting down. Reported that the toilet in room was running and was told that they did not have a maintenance person there to address but would leave a note. Was not addressed the next day either. Air conditioner fan would not stay on high.

I travel every weekend for work, hosting college seminars. This was my very first time using this hotel. My sales contact was Stephen Lujan. His communication was sharp from beginning to end! He responded to all of my emails in a timely manner and gave our group a great meeting room rate! He was so helpful and made the whole experience stress free for me. Upon check-in, I was greeted by a beautiful, smiling face of a young lady named Shy. She was so warm and friendly. She advised me that they were doing work on the restrooms and that my guests for my meeting will need to walk a little farther to use an alternate facility. She said it was important to Stephen that I knew that. I really appreciated knowing this ahead of time. Shy went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and the success of my event. All in all, this was the best, most successful, event we had ever held in our 10 years of coming to the Odessa/Midland area and I attribute the majority of the success to this wonderful hotel and staff! Stephen and Shy are 2 amazing individuals and I feel blessed to have had them assist me!

Nice hotel, clean room. However, breakfast was a zoo too many people in a small space) and the front desk is less than competent. We had a block of rooms reserved at a group rate. We asked for the rate when we checked in, and they didn't give it to us. It wound up costing us almost the same as an extra night. When my husband called to complain, they did nothing. Our team will never stay here again and I'll find another hotel when we go to see family. Simply awful experience.

This was a trip to Odessa to visit our kids and grandkids. The hotel accommodations were very nice and all of the staff was very friendly. The hotel was very quiet and was a nice location for us. We would recommend this hotel.

Very nice and clean property! This is everything you would expect from a Hilton hotel! Good location with plenty of food and shopping options very close! Friendly staff and great breakfast (extra $) 👍🏻👍🏻
