We just had a family weekend where we got together with our daughter and the grandcildren. The hotel looked after us very well indeed as they always do. It has become a family favourite over the years and we always enjoy our stays there. The staff - particularly the restaurant staff - are excellent; they seem to know exactly how to deal with the kids, especially when their little eyes are bigger than their capacity for the delicious food on offer!
This isn't a huge impersonal hotel, it's realtively small, but very friendly. In places the fabric might be a little bit tired, but that just adds a bit to the appeal of the place.
I can't recomend it enough to people who want to have a lovely family weekend away - there are lots of things to do without having to travel too far, or there is the excellent pool and gym, and there is a large shiopping centre within walking distance - something for everybody.

This Hilton Hotel is not the best I've stayed in or the kind of standards that I'm used to with Hilton Hotels.
The room was nice, however; there was no fridge. We were given a mini fridge after having asked for one which was ok I suppose.
The pillows were uncomfortable so we asked for more sturdier ones which were delivered.
We used the steam, sauna and Jacuzzi which was nice, however; there was a children's swimming lesson going on. It didn't bother us, however could be an issue for some people. Be sure to take change for the lockers as you'll need it for the gym, steam and sauna etc.
The receptionist who welcomed and checked us in was awesome, (Lauren, Team Member 1#). She was friendly, bubbly and welcoming and booked in a late checkout for us, (1pm), however; I was harassed from 11am onwards, (3 times by knocks and calls), which interrupted and ruined my rest.
Overall, our stay was ok, but I'm not sure if I would stay here again.

Lovely hotel and helpful staff offering superb customer service. Excellent leisure facilities. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Zara, Sarah and Lauren has done a fantastic job at check-in. Fantastic food choices offered at breakfast and the Chicken Tikka Masala is one of the best I have ever had.

Convenient hotel just off the M1. Over 30 of us stayed here while attending a function in Leicester. Great service, very welcoming staff. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Only bit missing is a mini fridge.

This is a older style Hilton but was perfect for our family stay. A massive room, two double beds and a sofa bed meant the kids didn’t have to share and were happy! Loads of freebies for being a good member; eater, wine, sweets, nuts, kids drinking cups, drinks vouchers. The restaurant was just for dinner and breakfast; the kids loved pancakes and waffles at breakfast!
