Checked in by the front office manager(Sophie I think?) who was very pleasant and professional. Got to our room and couldn't believe the size of the room and how modern it was! Everything worked perfectly and I especially loved how they had a tv in the shower! We had a balcony which was an extra bonus as sometimes hotel rooms can get a bit stuffy so it was nice to be able to get fresh air.
The following day we decided to take full advantage of the spa, which was SO relaxing - a great start to a gloomy Monday.
The hotel decor is really impressive, it really felt like a unique, professional and trendy place to be.
What I loved most about this hotel was the staff. Everybody went above and beyond and were so friendly and polite. Definitely the nicest staff I've come across.
Shout out to the food and bev supervisor (working at around 9pm on Sunday 19th November) he was so lovely. Martjin from the bar was also extremely polite and friendly :)!
Overall I'd highly recommend this hotel for leisure / conferences. A hidden gem! We will definitely be back.
Keep doing what you all do best!
Thoroughly enjoyable stay in this lovely setting

This was our first visit to the hotel. We came down for a rugby match at Twickenham and we're very pleasantly surprised by our room, the service and facilities, all set in beautiful surroundings. We walked to Kew Gardens (about a 40 minute walk) and also to Twickenham (also about 40 minutes). We had a pre-match lunch in the restaurant (fish and chips) which surpassed our expectations. I hope we are lucky enough to find ourselves down this way again when we will certainly stay here again.
Excellent venue

Have just returned from three days facilitating an international workshop at the Syon Park Hilton.
One can tell immediately that it was not originally built as a Hilton. Great landscaping, non block design and great reception.
Good rooms with great showers. Good breakfast.
Excellent meeting facilities with friendly and attentive staff. The kitchen even cooked a curry for the group on the middle night to save time for everyone with late working.
Would heartily recommend and have requested that this is my “go to” hotel for future workshops in the W London area.
Amazing country location inside the M25

You drive to the hotel down a road that could be in the middle of rural England not inside the M25 near heathrow.
Lovely comfortable room, pop-up TV in the bottom of the bed. Nice bath with separate shower.
Quiet and luxurious hotel.
Spa birthday break- absolute joke!

Just visited Hilton over the last weekend and I am extremely disappointed.
First of all we arrived at the hotel 2pm ( I was aware of the check in at 3pm) because we had treatments booked in for 3:30pm which means we had to be in the spa 3:15pm already with our slippers and robes etc. Arriving early I thought we will be able to go down to spa straight away or maybe our room will be ready 20 mins earlier. The guy at the reception on our arrival said that room is not ready yet but will be ready soon so I said that's not a problem we will wait in the bar. After waiting for over 40 mins seemed like he forgot about us so I went to check with him. Surprise surprise 2:55pm we are being advised that room will not be ready for another 20 mins at least and when I asked them what he suggest we should do with our treatments we had been advised to go straight to the spa with our bags etc. why couldn't he tell us that at the beginning I would have relaxed in the spa for that time! receptionist saw me getting extremely upset and a lady appeared from the back door to deal with me which left me feeling that that guy could not handle the situation and left me thinking that i am a difficult customer..
Lady advised to just go down to the spa, offered us some champagne and here we are running downstairs to the spa like headless chickens changing quickly.
We decided to just enjoy and leave it behind us but this was least of our problems as sooner we found out...
Massage was ok also the therapist was good and very nice, massage rooms we had our treatments done are directly below the wedding reception so seemed like party of 200 were dancing on my head! Not a very relaxing atmosphere.. I did not complain although therapist kept apologising and putting her relaxing music louder and louder which did not cover African hip hop songs coming from upstairs.. That's a massage costing £95..
Dinner was the last drop which broke me into tears literally
It took a while to get our drinks. My glass was a small cocktail which I finished within 10 minutes or so and since then not a single waiter asked if I would like another drink. As for the main dish we waited seemed like over an hour this just caused even more irritation to our not the best afternoon so far. When mains arrived I had a small bite and it was awful ( I ordered ribs) so we decided we had enough and asked for a bill. Despite the fact that I had paid nearly £400 for a spa package which includes all food waiter still brought a bill for over £100 . In my package I paid for a three course meal but I honestly couldn't stay another 2 hours waiting for a peace of cake so we decided to just leave.
Just to add when we arrived we were not informed where the dinner will be or where and what times breakfast was taking place so for dinner we just wondered around the hotel until we found it.
As for a breakfast I can't comment because we were not informed what time it was so I called reception ( they also choose not to pick up for about 10-15 minutes) and realised that it's nearly finished.
This 20 hour stay with accommodation and treatments costed me £700 and it has ruined our whole weekend. If I could I would ask for a refund and would give it a 0 stars. All we had from this place that day was mistakes and horrible experience.
Only plus- Rooms are very nicely decorated although this did not help to improve our awful experience.
