And a fabulous breakfast
But otherwise a pretty average Hilton in a city centre
We were impressed by the service in the executive lounge with a very good range of snacks and drinks available
But the room was average at best , with only one electrical point suitable for an adaptor.

My mom and I stay at this property about three times a year. That being said, it is hit and miss when it comes to the front desk staff and cleanliness, but the Executive Lounge staff is phenomenal and all food at the hotel is absolutely delicious. It’s centrally located and the concierge is very helpful as well.

Located only a few 100 meters from the main train station and metro station in Milan, accessible to anywhere you need to go in the city. Comfortable beds, great breakfast, great service. Parking is a little complicated, needed to pay 23 Euro a day at a location attached to the hotel, but not run by the hotel. We had breakfast, room service, and dinner at the hotel and all of our meals were excellent! We were also able to use the executive lounge on our last visit, and it had great options and service as well.

Let me start with the pros:
1) Great location, especially for train day trips like we did
2) Very good breakfast, with loads of choices
Now, the cons:
1) Housekeeping left something out every day - a towel, tub mat, tissues, to name a few
2) Be careful of their so called in-room safes - ours was not attached so the safe can easily be carried out of the room with valuables. We called to have it fastened! See picture attached.
3) Extremely warm rooms without the ability to lower the temperature. We had to open the window at times.
4) Front desk people seemed to pay attention to diamond members only. I am a gold member, and no greeting or acknowledgement was given, which is supposedly part of the Hilton culture. We have traveled extensively in Europe and stayed in various Hilton hotels. An upgrade for gold members is dependent on availability as well as access to the executive lounge. Other Hilton hotels have done this, but Hotel front desk manager did not even entertain the notion, even though the hotel was not full when we checked in.
5) Hotel room charges suddenly started appearing on my credit card even though our stay was prepaid with points and 1 night in cash! We were checked in by the front desk manager Laura, and she should have seen this in the system. She did not ask for the vouchers, and I assumed she was seeing this on file. Apparently not! Charges were reversed when I questioned them, but what a way to operate!
In conclusion, I am severely disappointed with this Hilton Hotel. Will be staying away from it in the future!

Great hotel situated in a great location very close to the central station, with an amazing breakfast , great and spacious rooms and good executive lounge. Staff is friendly, polite and professional. Breakfast is great with a lot of options. Cappuccino was the best myself and my wife had! Executive Rooms are big with big bathrooms and you can sleep comfortably in a good bed without hearing noise from outside.
