Normally I would stay on the HH floors for my Week long stays but this time they had me on a lower floor...
I bought my husband with me on this week long business trip because i usually have a nice room he could hang out in while i am busy and relax.
This room was OLD (clean) but the bathroom door had water damage, the bathtub needs to be replaced, the taps old.. VERY disappointing! I question where I will stay here again!

I am a member of HHonors and IHG and I usually choose among these two chains. Hilton is normally a good brand and I decided to pick this hotel. The building is kind of old but rooms are nicely renovated. I was happy with the style and decoration of both the bedroom and the restroom. Unfortunately the room was not insulated and there was quite much noise around. This really needs to be fixed.
The staff is very nice and polite, welcoming and happy to assist their guests.

Hilton Laval offers a clean, spacious room with a very comfortable bed, the modern design of this hotel is refreshing, and the convenience area offers many items you might need last minute. The front desk staff are exceptionally friendly and while there are not many amenities immediately surrounding the hotel there is a shopping mall within 15 minutes walking distance. Great accommodation for business travel.

I enjoy city hotels because I travel in my own and like to explore the city Centre. This hotel was perfect for the conference I am attending foremost I always have HILTON as a first choice.
Simple under brand standard and no surprises, service is good and very hospitable If you are around and need a nice hotel stay here is good I recommend it.
Near shopping malls in case you are alone and need some distraction

This hotel is right off a very busy expressway out of Montreal. I thought it was close to the YUL airport-but it is not!! The traffic to the airport which is about 10 miles aways can take up to 2 hours to get there. Also, they have an Executive Club but only Diamond members can use it. Gold members must pay $50 a night extra. I guess I have just been spoiled by some extra attention given to being a Hilton Honors member for over 15 years---but not at this hotel!! Will definitely not stay here again!
