The pool is so awesome! Very comfortable buses to take you to the Disney Parks. Avoid eating in the restaurants inside the hotel: very expensive. We stayed there for 2 weeks and we went to do groceries 2 times taking Uber. It is worth.

The Hilton Bonnet Creek is by far the best hotel in Orlando! The hotel is stunning and clean. It has a large lazy river, restaurants, stores, an arcade, and a golf course that surrounds the entire property. Don't stay on Disney property- the Hilton Bonnet Creek is within close proximity to parks- but much more modern and clean! They have activities for the entire family. We especially loved staying in their PURE rooms due to our allergies- and we didn't have any issues the whole stay. Don't forget to purchase the breakfast buffet with your room! Their food is hearty and delicious and keeps the entire family from being hungry even at the parks! In addition, the customer service was top notch and we would spend every morning chatting with their amazing breakfast staff! You will not be disappointed.

My partner and myself have just returned from another fantastic vacation at HBC. This was our third visit to this property and again I only can give positive feedback. We were totally entertained by the fantastic staff at the breakfast table (Harvest Bistro). From a pleasant welcome at the entrance to the humorous approach offered from all. Special,mention goes to the big smile we always received from LANA !!! To the crazy antics of Rocky !!! Without doubt I would recommend this property for vacation and we are already planning for our visit from the U.K. Next year.

My husband, two children and I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks from 19 may 2017. I e mailed before our visit to ask for connecting rooms and was pleased to find on arrival that these had been allocated. We booked through virgin, which included the resort fees and parking and a 20% discount on food and drink, which was a great deal. The rooms were spacious, and beds comfy. We had upgraded to Disney view double queen rooms, and were really pleased we'd done this, because on evenings we didn't go out we saw three firework shows at the parks which was especially exciting for our children. The pool was great for us, with a lazy river and plenty of inflatable rings - perfect to have a dip in after a hot day at the parks. Being open til 10 meant the kids could go in after dinner and they loved the Disney films screened on a Saturday night.
The coffee shop was perfect for grabbing a quick breakfast before the parks, and Shannon remembered our drinks order and recommended caffeine free teas to me. The harvester restaurant was great for families, and we particularly enjoyed an Italian buffet one of the evenings. The buffet breakfast had great choice, and the homemade granola was especially good. Kristin was our favourite waitress, super friendly and impressively efficient, but all servers were very friendly. We also used the pool bar, which again had lovely staff and great food. Our room was well cleaned every day, once not until later in the afternoon which was fine as we were going out again. The location of the hotel was perfect for visiting all the Disney parks, and The shuttle bus service ran regularly and I the timetable shown. All hotel staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was a soccer tournament over Memorial Day weekend which meant the hotel was very busy with lots of children running around with footballs, but this was due to a lack of supervision rather than a fault of the hotel. We had a fantastic holiday- so much so that we are now saving to come again and wouldn't consider a different hotel as this was perfect for us.

We have stayed on Disney property before but Hilton was just as great and pricing was great. The location is perfect and the shuttle service was always on time and easy to use. We would definitely stay here again. Thank You Hilton for a fantastic vacation!!!
