I loved this place mostly because of the incredible people working there. Everyone was welcoming and very caring. The Hotel is very clean and very well kept. Food is amazing and prices are incredibly low for the high level of service. Can't wait to go back to Egypt.

Our first trip to Egypt started with a stay at the Hilton Pyramids property. The General Manage, Mr. Nassar, and his staff were wonderful to us. After nearly 30 hours of travel to arrive, we were greeted by a warm and friendly reception and as it was my wife's birthday we had requested something small be put in the room. All I can say is these caring people went far above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. Our room was great, the air conditioning was perfect, the location was quiet, and every single person we met was very helpful and willing to accommodate anything they could. The property is a bit outside the city itself, but I think that can be a benefit. After a day of traffic and hustle, it was nice to get away. The Executive Lounge was perfect as well. Well apportioned and very convenient. This was a wonderful time. We highly recommend this property.

First time in Egypt and luckily I picked the right Hotel. Great staff who couldn't do enough to make sure my stay was perfect. The Executive Lounge and snack bar experiences were especially good. Great Shisha

Staff need a course on PR as well as efficiency and speed. Too many Arabs were allowed to swim in their clothes. Cleanliness is far beyond acceptable levels. The adjoining room we had booked had a technical problem so we had to wait a couple of hours to be fixed and recieve the room keys.

That was my first time in Hilton Pyramids. I had great service, Nice accommodation, Very good quality of food and great help from staff. It was a great experience and definitely will do it again and again.
