The location is just outside the old town, which makes it convenient to take a walk out there. The heated swimming pool is great but I did not have a chance to use it during the stay. Room was clean but not quite big (we stayed at a two-double room). It was quiet staying there though.

The hotel is nice and has a heated outdoor pool. The location is also very good and the staff was overall friendly. Unfortunately, the elevators are very very slow and the room service is very expensive for the quality and taste of the food. They also made mistakes on my bill so please check your bills.

I was there for a conference, and extended the stay by a couple of days for my husband and I. From the check in, to cleaning ladies, all was amazing. Our cleaning lady on teh first day noticed our clock was not working and made arrangements to have someone come to fix it right away. We did not even ask. The room was impeccably clean! I asked for a quiet location, adn they accommodated. Staff throughout the day helping us navigate to oru conference rooms were beyond friendly. we dont speak French, but as soon as they knew that, they switched to English in a very friendly manner. I would most definitely stay here again!

I had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton during a conference in November. I was greeted warmly when I arrived, and acknowledged as a Hilton Honours member. I had arrived late, but the check in process was seamless, even after changing my departure dates. The room was extremely clean and quiet, and the bed provided a great sleep for the nights I slept there. I had the chance to have a beverage in the restaurant located on the top floor, which provided a tremendous view of the City, including the CITADEL. The food, a buffet, was more upscale than one would usually see, and was delicious!
There is little to criticise with my total experience, but if I had to comment on one point, was the closure of the main lobby bar until 1600 hrs...........some of us like a leisurely beverage mid day! There is nothing else that would require any bad comments about the weekend............hopefully another return to Quebec City will provide the same response!

We spent three days at Quebec' Hilton mid-October of this year. It is very well located, and the views, particularly from the upper floors, of the Old Quebec, Saint Lawrence River, the Plains of Abraham and the Quebec's National Assembly are spectacular. Quebec is a very small city/town but it is very clean, very little traffic, decent restaurants, and the Old Quarter very quaint with its old buildings and ornate signs. The city has a very good tourist infrastructure. We reserved on the executive floor and had access to the executive lounge. The room was comfortable, well-appointed and clean. The gymnasium is mid-size but well appointed. The swimming pool is outdoor and we have ventured only once, as it was very cold outside. The executive lounge is nice and has beautiful views, particularly at night. Service is good. However, the breakfast and afternoon hors d'oeuvres were disappointing, and I would not recommend reserving the executive floor. The garage facilities are in a public parking, but easily accessible from the hotel, either walking outside or inside.
