Just stayed in the 2 bedroom deluxe villa. It was wonderful. Very spacious, and comfortable. The private patio was very nice to have for morning coffee. The living area was very comfortable and the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the villa which is nice. It is about a block from the main hotel, but they do offer a shuttle to the facility. The staff is incredibly polite and professional. Even the smoothies at the pool were wonderful. We will definitely stay here again. The beds were very comfortable.

Room was ok but was somewhat dated and not as updated as other resorts. Bed was terrible. The staff was helpful and were able to assist when we had an issue with our room. The pool area is nice and had comfortable seating.

I attended a meeting at this hotel and extended my stay to celebrate my birthday. My husband joined me, and we were upgraded and I got a very special gift from the front desk. A shout out to Bella.... she was the sweetest front desk person I have come across lately! Thanks for a wonderful stay, I hope I get the pleasure of staying at this resort again!

Booked a room here for a business trip I was on. The entire hotel and business area were great. Business facilities were top notch. Staff was great--kind and helpful. Hotel shuttle to take you to nearby restaurants/stores was very convenient as well. Would definitely stay for a personal stay as well.

Overall, the villas are beautiful and comforting and accessible to many needs of a family. The check-in could have been a more accommodating process as well as the communication from the hotel reservation staff. My name is JoAnn McPherson and my email is joann.mcpherson@gmail.com.
