Size of the apartment was good , but old decoration and furniture ,we expected better .
Good location big mall with carrefour supermarket just across the road , tram is few minutes walking . reception staff nice specially the Moroccan lady very understanding and helpful . Laundry room available not free and not cheap . Breakfast room small and one day we waited half an hour to go inside few variety served .

I’m a regular visitor to Nice. First time staying at Hipark Design suits, will definitely be back! The staff are friendly and welcoming, the room was spacious (one bedroom suite) with a seperate toilet & bathroom. The decor was smart, modern and airy. It had a balcony off the living area and French doors in the bedroom. The location is perfect. The beautiful shops, port, cafes & bars etc are just a few minuets walk away as is the train station, tram & bus. A Carrafor hyper market plus shopping Center opposite was extremely useful. The October weather was beautiful.

Hello, first I didn’t stay in this hotel.
I m a private driver. I picked 2 Canadian ladies in that hotel. The night before I picked them up, some perfumes and a watch had been stolen in there room. They said that the reception at night didn’t care at all about their problem, and in the morning, nothing much to do.
This is the second time I heard that from my clients for this place. Maybe now they solve the problem.
I have no relation with that hotel so reason to be nice or not with theme. I just didn’t like the way the reception act with them.

These apartments are value for money, they have everything you need and are a good size. Few downfalls:
- you don’t get enough towels
- the wi fi signal in the rooms is terrible and barely works
- they could utilise the pool area sooooo much more, we were really disappointment to get all the way up to the top floor after a long day and find there were no sun loungers, just decking! We had to sit on towels on the floor!
You can fault the hospitality of the staff though, all were really helpful, and we were allowed to leave our bags in a secure room as our flight wasn’t until the evening.
Overall I would stay here again, but not for a long period of time, perfect for a weekend away with friends!

Apartement very nice and convenient.Hired a car but this stayed in the car park for a week as public transport was better than finding a car park.Would definately stay here again. Only gripe was the cost of parking and not having the room serviced for a week and only 3 towels for 3 people for a week. Easy to get to the beach and town centre .Lovely helpful staff no noise at night .
