This hotel is about 15 minutes or less from the airport. The rooms were clean and quiet and well maintained. The staff is super friendly, ready and willing to assist and the food was very affordable. There's a good selection of tv channels and the wifi works great. I would stay here again.

Although I'm not a friend of hotel chains & their lackluster restaurants, I make exceptions. This hotel, close to the airport, as well as the city of Santiago, DR, is a gem. From the courtesy and helpfulness of the front desk (shout-out to Hoody Francisco!), to the wait staff in the restaurant (esp. Nerys Sosa), there is a sense of being in your own home. Everything is made easy for you.

My flight was cancelled due to Irma. Cancellation online not allowed. Called 3 times to reach reservations. They hung up on me. Twice. The third time, they just put me on hold. Hung up after 6 minutes. I've stayed at several of their places in the DR, but won't be back. Rude and incompetent.

Beautiful hotel we stayed there for 2 nights, however the quality of the restaurant wasn't at its best as far as appetizer and main courses wasn't really surprised compare for the prices your are paying and it took and hour and 30 minutes for our meals to arrive at the table, costumer service needs a lot of attention there and they didn't even apologize for the delay or even offered a complimentary appetizer or dessert something to make it up for that horrible waiting. The rooms are amazing similar to what you can get in a holiday inn very comfortable beds. Very clean and neat. The guys at the reception very professional and attentive and Jean was great when we arrive we had a few issues with the reservation but he went above and beyond.

To take a cold shower twice in a so expensive hotel without a reimbursement reflects it's poor management and willing to solve problems. Also just one treadmill in a wellness hotel that grant you training gear during your stay is just another wowprise, sorry Hodelpa but you're too confortable behind your desk's and your service is terrible, at least try to work this out
