I've heard negative experience in another Holiday Inn I was reluctant to stay at another. Myself and some colleagues needed a place to stay the night and this was the most convenient to our equipment and I booked it. Clean courteous professional and eagerly accommodating, this is the best Holiday Inn I've stayed in yet. Brian Benin at the front desk showed real CLASS by treating all of my filthy rail workers and I like VIPs; Brian's manner exemplified true customer service.

I liked the hotel. Its not a huge flashy hotel. Serves the purposes of a stay. Pleasant staff.
Good breakfast. Maybe the furnishings could be a bit better quality. Felt a bit lower end than normal for whatever reason. But nice and clean and recently updated.
Nice restaurants around the corner. There is the casino for entertainment.
So all in all its not a bad spot to be at.

Stayed for one night for on a quick getaway with my husband. Fast and easy check in with Darek. Easy walk to Parx casino. Had a drink (or two) at the bar. Nice breakfast in the morning. Will definitely stay here again!

After a ten days business trip I had 3 nights at this hotel. I left at the front desk my laundry for dry cleaning into bag provided by the hotel. After 3 days they couldn't find it, and when I checked out I had no action , no apologized , no compensation ( value of my shirts around 150$).
I sent an email to the manager without any answer back.
Quality of service here is poor
Furthermore I had one morning without warm water, better not to avoid this hotel.

We came in around 11:30 p.m. with our daughter, got a double queen with a mini fridge. The clerk was very nice and noted that breakfast would be available from 6-10 the next morning. He did not mention that this hotel does not have the complimentary breakfast buffet that so many other places are offering. I went to the gas station across the street and down a bit for cereal and coffee - they have full hot offerings there for less than $12. The room was clean, if a little bit tight. I tried to take a hot bath in the morning but ran out of hot water, - not even sure how that happens in a 7 story hotel? My husband's shower wasn't hot either. So basically make sure you go to the Holiday Inn Express if you want complimentary breakfast.
