Nice room. Free upgrade to suite which was very spacious and comfortable. Furnishings a bit scuffed but clean. Front desk staff very nice and accommodating. Excellent value at less than $100. Would definitely stay again.

We had read some of the reviews on TripAdvisor that this hotel had gone downhill and needed upgrades but we were impressed with our stay. The main lobby was impressive and we were well satisfied with the greeting we got from the desk clerk when we arrived at 10:45 PM and checked in. We stayed in one of the suites on the 10th floor (1012) and the room was perfect. The biggest thing we liked was there were no cleaning chemical smells. No free breakfast but they did had coffee available for free in the lobby. We had breakfast in the restaurant and it was good but the sausage could have been a little warmer. All in all it was a great stay and we'll stay here again if we need a room in Bristol.

As senior citizens I had reserved in advance a ground floor room near the reservation desk but ended up on the sixth floor away from the elevators. The room lacked a refrigerator and a microwave. We had three people in our party and the in room coffee lacked enough for one person. Looked like it hadn't been resupplied after previous guest. The free internet was non existent even after making calls to service desk. Parking is ridiculous considering the amount of rooms.

This was a very nice hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. There was one issue with our first room (smelled like cigarette smoke) and they moved us to another room right away. The rooms are supposed to be nonsmoking but I guess the previous guests didn't like that. My advice is to get a room on the opposite side from the highway. The road noise was very loud.

Really enjoyed my overnight stay here. Hotel is very well located off the interstate, besides a few malls and restaurants.
We had an issue with the initial room we were allocated , and the lovely guy at check in very swiftly and professionally organised a room change. The room was spacious, clean, very comfortable and quiet. We had a great night's rest, and in the morning we had a very hearty breakfast in the on site restaurant .
I can highly recommend a stay at this Holiday Inn.
