Stayed many times and it is always great! Rooms are great, the restaurant on the 16th floor with a great view of the city, and the staff absolutely superb...
Yendi, Andrea, and Natalia super efficient and knowledgeable at the reception. Astrid, Miguel, Laura working tirelessly in the restaurant. The food is excellent too, including a really nice breakfast buffet. The location is great and the Cacique shopping very good. Highly recommended hotel with superb hospitality. Gracias!

The Hotel offers great service. The bar by the pool is a good place to relax. Good food and views of the city. The mall has very good stores. Easy to arrange and secure transportation available. Great for a business or a family get away.

i visited recently my family in Colombia, and i chose the Holiday in for my stay there.
The staff is super friendly, the rooms and views are top notch!
The breakfast has variety of delicious food and drinks. My son and i loved the familiarity of the staff. One of our favorite waiters was Gustavo (during breakfast). knew my name and my sons name, gave me my coffee just the way i like it. The pool is amazing and the sky bar is awesome , if you wish to have some drinks with friends.
The hotel even provided me with a crib for my infant. If you plan to visit the ciudad Bonita, this is the place to stay.

We staid at this hotel for a weak and this ia by far one of the best hotels I have staid in. Excellent service from the complete staff they bring customer service to a hole new level. Thx to every one at Holliday Inn Bucaramanga. We will be back verry soon. Saludos fam van Trigt de Aruba.

Attached to one of the best shopping malls in the city.
The service, the food and all around comfort of this hotel has proven itself as a new star in Bucaramanga.
The pool has been heated during every visit. Over the past 2 years we have stayed over 5 times at this property.
The front desk staff is a refreshing breath of fresh air. So many hotel desk employees forget that we are paying guests. The staff at this hotel cannot be more helpful !
Working in the industry, I am proud that this hotel brings this type of service to this city.
