The hotel is really good for refreshment as couple and ideal for a romantic outing. It is within about 2km from the city center. The rooms are well conditioned and smart. I liked the presentation and atmosphere in the. The staff were so friendly and would assist at anytime called upon. The food was really good for both the breakfast and dinner. i would recommend this hotel to anybody who would want quiet accommodation in Bulawayo.

Had a very nice restaurant visit. Good food and good atmosphere. Staff is trained and well behaved. Management walking around on the floor. Portions quite big and well presented and fresh prepared.
Decided to go after reading reading some good reviews. Bit pity that a few waiters never have heard from reviews on tripadvisor! May be suggestion for management.

Was my second time here. Rooms are comfortable and clean, and good shower with good shower power. The breakfast is great, with an amazing spread. Good service levels from the staff. Internet is free and of good speed.

Very clean, friendly and relaxing

We were welcomed on arrival with warm friendly smiles and a refreshing cool beverage (non alcoholic). The staff make us feel very welcomed.
My room was very clean and tidy and No obvious odors. My room had two queen sized beds, and good size desk, central tv and luggage stool. The bathroom is a little dated, but very clean (shower curtain, not glass).
We had lunch in the pool side cafe. I had a Club sandwich, fries and soda ($15usd). The grass yard surrounding the pool is very tranquil and relaxing. The pool, grass and gardens look very well maintained. I am here on business, but if i had my family here, the would love pool area.
We had ala card dinner in the bar as we watched football in the tv's.
Breakfast in the morning was very nice. Buffet style with the chef on the grill cooking eggs and omelettes to our liking. Espresso coffee was free with breakfast.

All up a very pleasant stay. I highly recommend his hotel for business or leasure.

Clean and welcoming

I travel a lot and over the years I have stayed in all the better hotels in Bulawayo.
This week I travelled to Bulawayo on business for a couple of nights and stayed at the Holiday Inn.
The staff are very courteous and friendly and cannot do enough to assist you. They are constantly asking if you need anything and if you are enjoying your stay.
If you are like me, and are on business, then all you really want is a clean place to sleep and eat.
The Holiday Inn rooms and bathrooms are very clean and modern. If you want the view, try for one on the fourth floor overlooking the pool. You can see for miles from there. The garden, swimming pool and restaurants are very inviting although an evening sundowner was not on the cards this trip - it was very cold ( Unusual for Bulawayo.)
I have to mention the food. The restaurant serves up a buffet breakfast which can be as small or large as you like, with everything you would need. One evening I had a fillet steak that was done to perfection, so good I complemented the head chef. All very reasonably priced compared to other restaurants in town.

if you are looking for a really good hotel, in Bulawayo, at reasonable cost then do yourself a favour and try the Holiday Inn.
I don't think you will be disappointed.
