This is a nice enough hotel close to many restaurants and the Dulles International Airport. A huge pet-peeve of mine is conforming to the new world where everyone has many electronic devices to charge in the evening. This hotel has no accessible plugs bedside??? This is absolutely ridiculous. Install some extension plugs like my picture below as every other hotel in the world has. Also... when you take customers to the airport in the morning when it’s freezing cold, you may want to warm the van up before it’s time to leave. The van driver huddled inside until we walked outside to go before the van was started for the first time of the day. We finally got warmed up when we pulled up to the airport’s curb.

This was an excellent vacation, with busy days ahead of us, what a fantastic relaxed night to enjoy resting in a fresh clean room. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had wifi and a fitness room. Definitely a great choice.

My husband and I stayed here for a night. We attended a concert at Jiffy Lube Live. Staff was friendly and nice. There were two elevators, but one wasn't working. The room was clean with a cool walk-in shower. We had a comfortable quick stay. We didn't like how we had to pay an airport toll to get to the hotel considering we weren't flying anywhere, but the room price was inexpensive so it sort of worked out. This place has airport shuttles so we will consider this place next time we fly. Also, there's a lot of nearby restaurants close to the hotel.

I've stayed here numerous times and overall, its been a good stay... BUT... upgrades to the room locks had me up and down 3 times to the lobby before I actually wound up with a functional key... my coworker dealt with this same problem the following day. The pool looks nice, but good luck finding the entry door... it's hidden... somewhere... no signs to guide you there. The workout room is nicely equipped, but very loud if you're on that hallway. The elevators are very busy and a bit noisy too.
A high percentage of the guests are here straight from Dulles, so you're likely to see many different cultures represented and hear a lot of different languages.
As for the fast food places across the street, they are a short walk from the hotel, but I am yet to have a decent meal from any of them, with the exception of the Chic-fil-a and the Subway inside the Walmart, which is behind the hotel. The Wendy's is the worst I've ever seen... unbelievably disgusting.

Awesome hotel, terrible pool facility. We went to pool twice our first day, both times no towels. We went to front desk asking if they supply towels, was told yes they are on rack by pool. I said there are no towels, he said you have to ask lifeguard, its her job to refill towels. We go in elevator, long walk back to pool ask lifeguard. She barely speaks english, says "they dirty" after i asked her to repeat herself 3 times. We go back to elevator, back to front desk ask again. Attendant walks into room & gets pool towels for us. Too bad he was so lazy to not get them in first place or call worthless lifeguard. I had to remind myself this was a Holiday Inn not a Hilton. We will use our room towels for rest of week now. If you have kids, dont trust lifeguard as she plays on her phone with ear buds in walking in back room from time to time while kids swim to the deep end.
