I asked him to speak with a supervisor because he is the represantion of what I would love to be greeted by during any stay at any hotel. This young gentleman deserves a raise to whomever looks at this. He’s amazing, keep up the great job Omar!

You definitely feel taken care of at this Hotel. Highly recommend!
Last time I was there, a kid pulled the fire alarm and woke up everyone to a false alarm. The staff was quick to make things right with us and made sure everyone felt safe while we waited. Above and beyond what was expected.
I will definitely be coming back soon!

The front desk is service-minded and humorous.Gorgeous pool. Meeting space very nice. Food service elegant. The BEST for mattress and pillow comfort.

Hans Kon 30/10/2017 07:03I have to stay in Chico every week Monday through Friday. Lately I’ve been staying at the Ramada and isn’t too bad. The rooms are nice. The continental breakfast selection is a little limited but manageable.
