We did the park, sleep, fly, which is a good value. We arrived and the first thing we saw when pulling in was a man in front of his window with the blinds open completing business. It was brought to managers and addressed with this man. The attached restaurant was good, room was very small and noisy. There is very little quiet in this hotel.

The hotel changed owners in 2016. The new owners did some renovations to the place, new curtains in the rooms for example. The restaurant changed quite a bit. It is now more of a sports bar in appearance. Parts of the hotel look brighter than before. Front desk staff were courteous and helpful, but not totally informed about our event and a related meal discount, but the restaurant new about it. Our room with a king was clean and it had adequate furniture and space, and a good size flat screen television.

My flight cancelled so needed nearby hotel with shuttle, which was very prompt in picking me up & returning me very early the next morning. Some hotels advertise an airport shuttle but when you get there it’s only certain hours & not before 6:00am for those early morning flights. This is truly 24 hour service. Appreciated & food was good at attached restaurant/grill/bar, after long wait at airport for flight to be cancelled. Rooms were very clean & adequate & had an exceptionally large TV for hotels. Was nice since World Series was on. Very comfortable accommodations. Not that I used them but noticed it had nice meeting-event rooms & good indoor pool area. Good fresh decor & clean throughout. Excellent staff attitude & Service from front desk to shuttle drivers.

We stayed at Four Points to take advantage of the park and fly option the hotel offers. Robin at the front desk was so friendly, helpful, and patient when handling a long line of check in's. The room was great, the hotel clean and modern, and the beds comfy. We did have drinks in the bar, and the bartender was friendly as well. The food looked wonderful, but we'd already eaten. The shuttle takes less than 10 minutes, and both drivers were very outgoing and friendly. We will be back!

My husband and I stayed at the Four Points By Sheraton near Cleveland Airport Oct. 6th for an early flight out the next morning. Check in was quick with my request to be ground floor accommodated. The staff at the desk were always great. Our room was very clean, comfortable with ample space. The bathroom was bright with plenty of counter space. Yes, you need to shut the door to use the toilet, but who wouldn't? The beds were super comfy, plenty of pillows too. I wish the curtains would close all the way over the blinds as there was just a crack of light coming through between them. Not a huge issue though. Small refrigerator, big wall mounted television, chair with attached table, plenty of desk space, and lights. Extended parking available in their own back lot, seemed secure, no problems with our vehicle. Shuttle took us to airport and picked up by phone call upon return. About a 10 minute trip. Convenience store right next to the hotel was handy for last minute items. We also enjoyed the bar/grill on-site, except for the extremely loud large group of hockey families with numerous kids. Not a good night for us to have a relaxing pre-flight dinner. Staff was too thin for the crowd, leading to dirty dishes everywhere, even on counters behind the bar and on the bar. I felt bad for the staff trying to keep up with the demanding and raucous group. Checkout in the morning was easy and the van got us to the airport in plenty of time. Overall, we will return as it served our needs. Not fancy but quite satisfactory.
