Old, well kept with superb service
Cannuck1964on 07/02/2016 23:07This place is VERY GOOD, don't get me wrong. I had a bad impression on another hotel in town and decided to look for another on on Trip Advisor. I found this one and the reviews are (as always) accurate: decoration from the 90’s (but clean and it looks like it was brought in today) and superb service.
Check in was impeccable, breakfast (not included) is attentive and I ordered room service and the food came exactly like I asked for. And not a lot of waiting.
The beds are incredibly comfy and the pillows are really good. I wish I knew where they get their pillows from as I would gladly buy some for my own place. Keep in mind again this place looks like a nice hotel of the 90s, so it could use some facelift, but it is cheap and like I said, service is great.
Rooms are so 1990!

So, it is with some sadness that I must criticize this property for its out of date rooms. Very 1990! The bathroom was uncomfortably small and old-fashioned in a boring way. The room itself lacked amenities such as outlets for USB and chargers. The desk area was tiny. The beds were comfortable.
On the plus side the restaurant is first-rate. I enjoyed some very good meals sent up via room service. Staff is courteous and professional.
Clean Safe Professional

My room was very clean and I felt I was in an upscale hotel. 24 hour room service was nice too -- and reasonable. I've stayed on the 2nd and 4 floors. I prefer the 2nd as that is where the 'business center' is located. Also has an overlook into the lobby.
Professional Staff
coryelljon 15/06/2015 16:33Just a quick overnight stay. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was very professional and accommodating . I can be a bit demanding. Room service was fast and order correct. Food decent. A $20.00 cab ride, each way from airport.Would likely stay again.

Clean rooms and comfortable pillows !
Also some outlet shops for those who want to spend!
