The location was perfect within walking distance to parks, 2 free museums, and the unique Plaza. It's a perfect family area for walking to everything. The hotel staff was amazing (Antonio, Crystal, Andrew at the front desk/ Baltazar and David with Conference and food/banquet set-up, and Byron with housekeeping). Banquet buffet style food was the best I have had. Conference managers and staff Marta and Stephanie were also professional, helpful, and friendly.

Our trip to Kansas City was great! The staff really made our trip special! They were very accommodating and friendly! Simone was especially helpful and friendly! We were also very impressed with the breakfast each morning! Thank you!

Simone was the best part of the trip by far. She was so funny and had us laughing for days. She went out of her way to make sure we knew where we were going. I ended up losing my phone and she even tried to help me get it back once my trip was over. If I'm in the area again I will make sure to stay here!. Thanks for everything!

We made a quick weekend trip to KC. The hotel was a great location but Simone, the bartender, saved our trip with her wonderful recommendations! She has a great personality and will tell you how it is! She recommended places to eat, drink, and celebrate to make our trip special and we were so happy we listened to her!

Simone has made our trip to Kansas City! She is the best bartender around and will keep you laughing for days. She came in 2 hours early to open the bar before the Chiefs game to accommodate all of the fans staying at the hotel. She is AMAZING! Come in and treat her well!
