The hotel was very clean and inviting upon arrival. The staff (Rick) at the front were very pleasant and recognized my Spire Elite status. My room was good sized and not crammed with unnecessary furniture. The only meals I ate consistently was breakfast. The buffet was rather pitifully stocked, but they did offer an omelet bar. The server (Jasmin) I had all 3 days was terrific, pleasant to talk to and very accommodating. She had a smile on her face and made me feel at home. I will definitely return on my next trip to El Paso.

Showed up early evening on a Monday. Reception was speedy, and minus my key not working. I had no issues on check in. Stayed for one week, never needed my room serviced at all. Plenty of towels, probably six or so, in the bathroom. Huge shower as well. Room had super fast wifi and all the amenities I needed for the week. Breakfast was great every morning. Liked the location near the airport and the shuttle was handy leaving on a Friday morning early (6am). Great to be by the highway, and it is quiet too.

Convenient location to the airport. Decent quality. It was a little expensive for what you got on the night I stayed (Friday.) The local streets are complex here so it can be difficult to find the hotel from the airport. Get good directions.

a very hard working lady gave a great service very excellent everything I recommend
and the very luxurious hotel very nice elegant I liked it a lot I will continue to bounce to this hotel 100% recommended this is my opinion

The hotel was nice, they are currently undergoing a remodel so the lobby is a bit messy but the remodel looks like its about finished. The rooms are nice and comfortable, the staff is very nice, the Hotel is located close to the airport, restaurants and shopping, I would stay again if needed.
