Close to the airport, views to the Mediterranean, great service, friendly, efficient; spacious, clean, functional room, everything worked well. I have gait/walking challenges (stroke); accom. has to be convenient to shopping and/or sights, or to the airport.
Open plan foyer was airy, very spacious. We arrived very late from airport, free carpark on the premises, beers were still being served by courteous staff. Great breakfast the next morning, trays of food replenished as soon as they were empty. Great ambience, helpful and friendly staff.

Position is corect if you have car.
Just 5 min driving from down town.
If you used "here" you will mised hotel for 300m, like me. I hope that position will be improved.
Room is modern, good and you can make base day or two for Alicante.
Food is normal, bether than in many of other hotes.
Not goog position if you are planing to swiming ang go back in hotel and go in down town bucause you can usec car...
Hotel is near botanical garden- you should wisit it.

Where to start! Unfortunately due to cancelled flights and no availability at our Villa in Murcia we had to book new accommodation for the 3 days to next available flight home. We wanted to be close to the airport so we made the choice of this hotel. It was price rather then comfort that drove the decision hence this hotel.
We got an interconnecting room on the 3rd floor. One room for my wife and I and the other for our 5 kids.
My wife and I had to sleep in 2 single beds in our “Double Room” beds were pushed together and each dressed separately. When I requested the beds be dressed as one I was informed the hotel did not have sheets big enough for the 2 beds to be dressed as one.
We got breakfast included in our price for the 3 mornings. If you like Croissants you’ll be delighted. If you like doughnuts you’ll be happy and if you like watery juices you’ll be ecstatic.
There was a selection of 4 different cereal cornflakes, bran flakes, choco balls and honey puffs. Fruit selection was oranges or apples, 2 different types of yoghurt, boiled eggs and an egg and potato mix. It’s all self service and you clean your table also when you finish. Oh and tea and coffee and nesquick hot chocolate.
The only good thing about this place was the staff. They were all friendly and accommodated a 4am breakfast so we could at least give the kids cereal before our early flight.
Would I stay here again? NO WAY
Would I recommend to a friend? NO WAY, I wouldn’t recommend this place to my WORST Enemy!!
To walk to town is 4km
To walk to beach is 5km
In the time we were there we walked 42km with a buggy. There is a bus stop across from hotel but not ideal with a two seater buggy and if you want a taxi with 7 people you need to get two taxi so walking was only option for us as you definitely wouldn’t stay in the hotel as there is NOTHING to do!

The hotel was exceptional for what we paid.We had a very late check in and was greeted by the friendliest staff.We woke early,had breakfast and checked out to move on to our next destination.All in all I would definitely book this hotel again if we had too.Totally recommend based on our 1 night stay.

We went there same day as our fly was to get some rest because our fly was 01.00 at night. Room eas exellent and the staff also. Food was not great and the room have no balcony and i smoke. I had to go down from 4th floor.
