I have to give a 1 star because it won't let me not give them a star. Please don't stay in this hotel. Management is very rude. They have bed bugs. As you can see from my pictures those are clearly bites. They had house keeping and maintenance guy come to look for them. They ended up finding them. Asked what they could do and all they said was refund me my money. They didn't want to me stay nor did I want to stay. Not sanitary at all. Management didn't do anything for my inconvenience, the manager there also gave me 10 mins to get my things and leave as they didn't want to risk me telling other people who are staying there. Very rude and unprofessional & they had security escort me as if I was a criminal.
Don't recommend anyone to ever stay here. I called their head quarters to let them know the unprofessionalism of their employee. Not worth the stay. Please don’t stay here. No one wants bed bugs nor to bring them
Back home with them or to get bit like I did.

I spent the night at this Comfort Inn before I left on a plane trip through O'Hare Airport. This Comfort Inn permits guests to park their car in their lot for $6.00/day and they have shuttle service to O'Hare. My room was excellent, large clean, and comfortable. Everything worked as it should. I slept well. The breakfast was ok.
I am a long time Choice pts. member. I had a reservation. When I checked in a guest in front of me had a coupon and received a lower rate ($6.50) lower. Because I was leaving my car at the motel and I was receiving bonus points for my stay, I did not complain. Nonetheless, as a long-time member of Choice Hotels program, it seems that I should receive as good of a rate as someone who stopped along the toll road a found a coupon.

The bed was comfortable, The room was clean, The food was the usual fare but good. I will stay there again next time I'm in town. HOWEVER,I reserved a room with 2 beds and a roll-in shower through another website. When I arrived at the hotel, they were fully booked and the only room they had available was not handicapped accessible. The girl at the desk said the other website had not forwarded the correct information. I had my confirmation page from the other site which clearly showed the roll-in shower option. She claimed that the wording meant that I would like such a room IF it was available- which is just plain ridiculous. She put myself and my grandson in a room with 2 beds and a regular shower (which I cannot use).The next morning Chris at the front desk worked and worked to find me a handicapped accessible room and finally came up with a one bed with roll-in shower. I sent my grandson over to his aunt's to sleep. . Chris was wonderful and very conscientious about customer concerns. He sent someone to help me move my luggage and the rest of my stay was pleasant and uneventful.

Our 5 day trip to Chicago was great!!
We had a wonderful time, staff extremely friendly, shuttle service to O’Hare was great. Took shuttle to airport, then took Blue Line into Chicago. Would definitely come back if ever in Chicago area. Big shout out to Ms. Victoria, at front desk, she was extremely nice.
Shuttle guys all were very friendly as well. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful experience

Veronica at the front desk was fabulous. She was so friendly and helpful. It was great to start the stay off with a smiling face. The room was clean. The location is great, right off the expressway and within 15 minutes of some great attractions.
