Perfect Location - walking distance to a restaurant/bar

It's walking distance to a restaurant/bar, but a short drive will get you downtown where there are broader, more fun choices. The complimentary breakfast is served in a beautiful, light-filled common area. I would definitely stay here again.
Amazing Staff, Top notch customer service

It was very refreshing to find a place where all the staff, from front desk to housekeeping, where all very pleasant and accommodating. The location is great and the rooms are clean and comfortable!!!!

Brooke Con 29/10/2017 16:15We had a great visit to augusta and a wonderful stay at the holiday inn express. The staff was willingly to accommodate any request we asked of them. Loved the indoor pool for the kids and the breakfast was delicious.

Lisa Hon 29/10/2017 14:42My mother passed away suddenly on Oct 18, 2017. My family and I were a wreck! I needed rooms quickly for all of my siblings who lived in New York, and myself who lives in Atlanta. When the hotel found out that my mother had passed away, they went out and bought me a card and had all the staff sign it! I was floored and overwhelmed with emotion. Any thing that I asked Selena, Dana, William or Marvin(the night auditor- sorry I forgot his name) and the young man(whose name escapes my memory) did! They extended my rooms. Smiled at my family and I every time we came down stairs. They asked me how I was doing every day. They made our gloomy and grief stricken days lighter. So on behalf of my family, the Dunn family I'd like to thank you all for everything you did for us. I truly recommend this hotel and hope that others continue to sing your praises!
ps-the rooms are phenomenal! They are huge and clean beyond belief
