Stayed with friends had amazing times there!
Rixa and Sebastian are amazing with directions and things to go and see. Friendly and courteous staff in this cold season. Breakfast attendant serves yummy food, and always happy to keep the conversation going. totally will be back

Hotel room was clean, nicely appointed for a former bank. Unbeknownst to me, this hotel is 1 block past Red Light district according to the cab driver. Also the heart of a transient population. Wouldn’t recommend walking alone in the area. Probably 3 years from getting trendy. Area looks like movie location perfect for a gang fight.

I have never in my left dealt with an entire team of workers who all equally did not grasp the concept of customer service. This hotel seriously needs intervention from IHG for some service training from the front desk all the way to the general manager (whoever that may be). I spoke with a woman and a man both claiming to be the general manager. The front office manager refuses to get on the phone and she just directs the front desk to provide responses rather than dealing with the issues herself. The front desk can’t make a decision to save their lives.. probably because they are terrified of their management team.

While the hotel itself is fine on the inside, the area and outside of the structure leave a lot to be desired it is on the "other side of the tracks " only four blocks shy of a nice area, the hotel is across from a juvenile detention or court a very large building, area is nearly abandoned except for those going into and coming out of the center during the day, hotel has parking lot behind there hotel, a surface lot with walk on access from the street, did not feel safe in this location even though we had no trouble, area is blighted and certainly not a place to walk around in after dusk alone or in pairs, hotel staff were just so so, rooms are nice, breakfast was among the worse I have ever had, we will not be returning to this hotel as it is off the beaten path, they do have a free 24 hour shuttle for there guest as well as a micro and fridge in each room.

Extremely pleased with everything! Clean hotel and everyone was accommodating. Rixa and Sebastian were very professional and their wonderful personalities were to notch! We will definitely be back. Thanks again!
