stayed recently - found the location to be very good (accessible) - nice clean rooms - excellent facilities - only one complaint - this is the first site in many years that was NOT equipped with a small fridge and microwave. For a large chain - I found this very strange - it does not take much to provide and certainly enhances ones stay - I would encourage them to consider installing these items - even though - would stay again and would recommend this facility - staff were very friendly and helpful

We were here for four nights and have no significant complaints. The hotel is very clean. But everything else was so-so. Sometimes the staff was friendly. Sometimes not. Sometimes we could hear our neighbors. Sometimes not. Breakfast was plentiful but lots of sugary artificial food. Pool tended to be full of non-hotel guests -- sometimes. I like the complimentary newspaper.

Overall we were very happy with our stay. We were able to get an early check in which was greatly appreciated. We also ended up with a room that had a Jacuzzi tub. Not very impressed with the hot tub though. The water was way to low, which is not a big deal, but the color of the water seemed to be a little on the green side. We still went in and were just fine. :-) The bed was super comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. We would stay here again.

I have stayed here a few times and have always enjoyed the staff. I have mentioned before that my feet were dirty just walking around on the carpet. Last time I was there I decided to open the shade and noticed mold all over the window sill.
I was shocked to see that the shower curtain was almost black as well. The garbage in the room was not emptied either so I was wondering if the room was ever cleaned.
Also the shower curtain rod was lower and so the shower curtain was in the shower the entire time. Seeing that I was hoping that they changed the curtain with the sheets but I am guessing not.
Also the air conditioner never really worked. It would come on and then shut off. It never really cooled off the room.

Everyone here is friendly and awesome! They really made me feel at home here and I can't say enough good things! The coffee, tea and cookies are never-ending (now I need a diet lol), they saved my friends favorite hat that he accidentally left behind, treated me like gold and little did I know, they knew absolutely everything about the town and there wasn't a single question they couldn't answer about anything in Bemidji. When you stay here, be sure to ask what kinds of things are going on in town, they'll surprise you! 😁🖒🎉🎉🎉☕☕🍪🍪🛌🏅🥇🥇
