We recently spent one night at this hotel. It is close to everything in Collingwood. The hotel is very clean, as was our spacious room. The free breakfast was one of the best we have experienced. The staff we dealt with were very pleasant, helpful and professional.

We spent two nights here in a suite with two queen beds and a fold out couch from Oct 27-29. The room was a good size with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable although the comforter on one bed had a black stain on it and could have been changed or cleaned better.
The only complaint I had worth mentioning was the noise level of other guests late at night when I understood there to be a quiet rule after 11pm. At 10:00pm on the Friday a group of what appeared to be over 50 teens arrived and the noise and yelling for the next 90 minutes was unbelievable. When we spoke to one staff member at the front desk he seemed to not care about our concerns and walked away. Another staff member was more apologetic and hoped they would have their rooms assigned by 11:30pm which they did. It was not an early night to bed as we’d planned.
The following night another guest decided to talk loudly at 2:00am through his door to someone for several minutes waking us up.
Aside from these annoyances we were pleased with our accommodations and their proximity to local restaurants and shopping.

We spent three nights at the Comfort Inn & Suites. Easy to find. Great location: across the street from grocery stores and big box stores like Sportchek and Canadian Tire. It is walking distance from yummy eats: The Smoke and Northwinds. Easy walk to the Georgian Trail. Solid breakfast choices, clean rooms. Needs an update. Rooms are showing their age in spite of 'makeup' updates: wallpaper, light fixtures, etc. Beds are comfy and pillows are the ideal 'soft'. Great value. Check it out.

This used to be a Holiday Inn Express and has now changed hands. It had been showing its age but these new owners have really spruced the place up. Good central location to all. Breakfast is pretty good for a small seating area buffet.

So the beds aren't that comfortable- the one closest to the door had an obvious dip - so should've been replaced.
Breakfast is amazing - choices for everyone.
Pool was being renovated.
Work out room very limited but functional.
