I have stayed in this hotel on multiple occassions, twice with exterminator vans out front, once with a Roach in my room and I won't be returning. Staff is very friendly at the hotel, the rooms are nice and the beds comfortable. Breakfast is average for Holiday Inn Express but overall the hotel is a little out dated. A couple negative experiences with the staff that do not reflect the usual quality received at Holiday Inn Express hotels is enough to advice against choosing this location.

I live in An evacuation zone in fort lauderdale and booked 2 rooms for my family ahead of the storm
Just in case. I needed a pet friendly hotel. Yes i had to evacuate and i called daily to make sure i still had my rooms because there were no rooms available up the coast to Atlanta. The calm voice on the phone was the front desk clerk Breeona who always assured me not to worry. We arrived on friday before the storm and Breeona assured us all will be fine. The manager Don Breeona Mimi and all the staff members were absolutely wonderful. We had a hot breakfast every morning and plenty of personal care supplies. The buildings were safe .The guests were polite and responsible with their pets. In the evening and at night you could not even know that almost every room had a pet or two. I would like to thank this staff -some members who actually slept here- for all their caring attitude, their professionalism And their reassuring attitude in a very stressful time.

I booked this particular property in Boca Raton, because we had a family occasion in this area. It is an older hotel, more like a motel, but was really surprised how clean, neat, and friendly this property was. The staff, Briana, Nina, Shirea were most helpful and polite. We requested a first floor, early check in. Most hotels say I can't promise you that. But when I called the morning before our arrival, (we are seniors, wanted to freshen up and take a nap before party) they bent over backwards for us. We arrived at 12:00 and our room was ready. Morning breakfast is your typical free breakfast, but the room was clean and food was fresh. It is located in a shopping mall and across the stree was another mall. There was a dunkin donut and burger king there. Also a Greek tavern and one other restaurant, sorry to say I don't know what it was. Conveinant to Florida Tpke exit 75 and about 3 miles to I-95.

Very nice hotel in a very beautiful erea in Boca Raton. The room is very nice and the bad is big. The only problem was the soft matress which for me wasn't so comfertable. The price was right. Defenetly recomanded.

Had occasion to need to visit family during an emergency.Relied on previous experiences with this Holiday Inn Express and was not disappointed.Staff was very accommodating as I've come to expect.Never ever had a problem here.
