Rolled in at 8:30 PM with hot pizza in one hand and luggage in the other and was checked in in less than two minutes. Got to my room which was exactly what I asked for. This may seem trivial but sitting down at the table to eat dinner and found that the television swiveled fully facing the table not just the beds. Made for a delightful dinner.

I went to Boulder on a business trip and stayed at this hotel because it was the nearest to the office. Location is not the best, but at least you have some restaurants at two or three blocks. I arrived on a Sunday and all nearby restaurants were closed and the hotel did not have room service...However, they always have a plate full of cookies in the lobby, so I made do with that.
I would have preferred more healthy options for breakfast, at least for me (coming from Latin America) all the options were too much fat for the morning. Only had 2 options of cereal (which for me were almost the same), bananas and apples. The raisins and walnuts seemed to been there forever so I didn't dare to taste them.
However, I have to set a separate chapter for the Beds! I got a king size, extremely comfortable with awesome pillows...that was worth to pay for!
The sight from my room was great, I opened the curtains and had the hills in front of me, and if you like walking, you can go to the foothills and up the hill for a great hike.

Clean and comfortable property with helpful staff. I was given a lovely upgrade for my IHG status. The hotel is fairly well located but not terribly close to restaurants or shopping. Exactly what you expect from a Holiday Inn Express. Solid stay. I would return.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Boulder while visiting our son in Colorado. Our stay was adequate, but nothing to shout about. I was a little disappointed in the location of the property as it seemed to be quite a ways away from any restaurants, shopping, or anything going on in Boulder. There is city bus service available with a stop close to the hotel; we did not choose to use it. We did use Uber service to get to Pearl Street and back which worked out fine and was reasonable. Rooms were spacious with newer beds and pillows, but very dimly lit. We had a kitchenette in our room with a refrigerator and microwave. They did have good popcorn available in the afternoon and freshly baked cookies in the evening. Breakfast was adequate. We did not use the pool or fitness center. I think the only pool was outdoors and it was a little cool for that. Front desk staff was very accommodating.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Had a two room suite and a standard room.
Very clean and comfortable.
The staff are friendly and very helpful. I will definitely make this my hotel when I visit my family in Boulder.
