Good position in Cape Coral with shops bars and resturants. Large lobby and clean rooms. Well stocked breakfast. Good wifi.
But the room was noisy from road noise and the aircon unit. Decor was modern but tired. A single lift at each end was slow.

I am staying here currently. The hotel itself is clean, the rooms are well appointed, the beds comfortable. The breakfast is adequate. BUT... the walls are paper thin! My neighbors on either side of me are still playing their TVs at 3:00am. And the doors of every room automatically slam shut. Why would a hotel have these types of doors? Not to mention the street noise if you have a room, like mine, facing it. Very disappointing. I want to like this place (I’ve stayed at 2 others in Cape Coral on past visits) and although one of them (down the street) isn’t as nice, I got a much better rest. The only fix for above, sleeping with the fan on all night.

Hotel was nothing too special but was clean. Rooms were a little outdated but again clean. We only stayed one night, so it was fine. Breakfast options were fine, but again nothing special. There were a lot of bread items, no protein options but did have some fruit.

Stayed here for a week while working hurricane relief. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was ready early and had a wide selection of items definitely would stay there again

My brother is an employee of IHG, and was planning on taking a trip with my mother. Something came up last minute, and he was unable to go and forgot to change the reservation to remove his employee discount. Frank, an employee at the front desk, was belligerent, pompous, and inappropriate in the way he dealt with this. Rather than simply saying, we can no longer give you this rate because the employee is not with you he AND the management of this hotel chose to harass my brother by calling his place of employement and attempting to get him fired for "abusing his power????" They did not bother to obtain the information they needed to make these accusations. They, instead, chose harassment, defamation of character, and the poorest customer service skills I have ever heard of. Frank, and the manager that was spoken to the next day, should be ashamed of themselves. THey did not bother to assume the best, but instead they took this so much further than it ever needed to go. I would not recommend this hotel, solely based on the TERRIBLE customer service and the harassment by the employees AND management.
