I was very impressed with this Holiday Inn Express. The room was clean and large. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast and the happy hour snacks were top notch. The service was also very good.
I really enjoyed my stay.

This is a nice, average hotel. It has a great location. People at hotel were very welcoming and helpful. It was a comfortable night. The location is great which is the best thing about it but really the hotel is nothing special.

While checking what others are doing, this hotel need to re-invent theirself. Can not be that attractive of what you all currently doing.
Tasteless happy hour snacks, cold french fries, food with less ot not flavor at all, will not maintain or attract new customers neither old ones.
You may need to think about new stuff, more friendly service and better snacks. Also, at the main entrance is a litte bit anoying that you need to stop before they lift the gate line, or ask you what you want??
Need to either give badges or sign or something else. Just saying...
Next week may be staying with your front competitors , really dissapointing by being a truly HOliday inn customer for a while

Nice property, nice room view to the pool. Big enough room, ammenities? a bunch!! and quite good fare. I am strongly recommend it. WiFi is free and really fast. Most of the hotels has a narrow bandwith. Here I had no problem to use my VPN-based work apps.

Wife and I where in Chihuahua on business last week so we stayed here. Great staff, helpful, friendly. Good breakfast free, good happy hour free. Always a good value. swimming pool area is nice. Pool table is great. Not sure how they can even provide all of this for such a great price.
Our only complaint - some rooms have very old or hard mattresses but the pillows are nice
Would be helpful to add an ATM at the hotel : ) please
