I arrived late at the hotel after an exhausting day. Anthony, the night attendant, expedited my check in process, helped me with my bags to my room AND even opened the door for me to make sure the keys were working fine. I am amazed at the level or professionalism displayed by the staff at this hotel. When traveling, one often wonders "what is the hotel and staff going to be like", well fear nothing when you come to the Holiday Inn Express on Icon Blvd, just enjoy your stay and know that you've arrived at your home away from home.

My Dad stays at this hotel and after my long day of driving and then out shopping it was very nice to be greeted friendly when I got here and Anthony went above and beyond welcoming me for my stay and helped me with my baggage. Friendly staff, nice clean rooms. Thank you Holiday Inn!!!

Haven't stayed at a Holiday Inn Express recently but if they're all like this one I'll be back! Starting with registration all went great. They may have the best shower in hotel Kingdom! The king bed was superb.. pillows are sumptuous. Room was spotless everything is where it supposed to be! DirecTV just off of busy road but very quiet in a business park . And The Price is Right .what a steal.!!

We have stayed here (work team in town for a seminar) for 5 days and the staff made our stay super enjoyable. The rooms are clean, AC works great, pool is clean and nice, breakfast is...decent (we preferred to eat out), shuttle service is amazing. Carole, Heidi (front desk) and Jay (shuttle) were simply amazing with us every single day! Thanks a lot!!!

If you get in late, hopefully, you will meet up with the night frontman Rob, He will go the extra to make sure you have everything you need before you get up to your room. This is like the old Holiday Inns of yesteryears. service to the people. We received our suite and it was spacious and had all the amenities that a suite should have, King size bed oh so soft and the best night sleep I have had for a very long time... In the morning a wonderful small breakfast and out the door, we went. If you are going to stay in a hotel in Clearwater Please stay at the Icot center Holiday Inn and suites. you will feel great the next day for sure.
