This hotel was located minutes from the airport and @ 10 minutes from downtown. It was also near two good family restaurants: Bob Evans and Goody's.
One of the staff members, Phyllis, was in charge of the breakfast room and airport shuttle. She kept the breakfast items supplied and kept the area very clean. The most important thing about Phyllis was She had a great personality!

Although not right downtown, your close enough to The Rock Roll Hall of Fame and the attractions to make this a convenient hotel for your stay in Cleveland. Rooms are comfortable, clean and sleep well. Breakfast is average but will get your going in the morning. Parking is free, so is the WiFi. Nice place.

Fortunately it was a one night stay. Hotel is not run down "but" the room smelled run down. Moldy odor taht forced me to hang my clothes in the bathroom and leave the light and extractor on so that my clothes wouldn't get that smell. I don't think I would stay again unless I couldn't find another hotel and then I'd want to see the room before checking into it.

First off the staff here at this location was awesome and the facilities were clean and comfortable. That being said, it's not worth the price. The breakfast was horrible. Powder scrambled eggs that weren't even room temperature. Pre made omelets they heat up in the microwave were also cold. Pancakes tasted like rubber. Orange juice was a sugary concentrate. They have a laundry facility on site but you have to pay for it. Now these things by themselves aren't really a deal breaker for most of the hotels I stay in but when I pay $250 for two nights the little amenities offered are what make me feel like I got my money's worth. I came from a hard childhood and I have stayed in shelters that served better food than I had here. I travel for work and I have stayed at hotels that were the same price or less and they offered complimentary laundry and a much more appetizing breakfast. For most passing through this will be an aesthetically pleasing hotel that is decent enough. For those looking for that little extra to justify the above average pricing, you will not find it. You can get the same quality for less with much better amenities if you spend a little time on researching. Unless you're like me and just need a place to sleep because you're tired of driving and this hotel just so happens to be staring you in the face.

Totally new remodeled rooms. Customer service was awesome. Coffee was really good and plentiful breakfast. Have stayed 2 times in the past 2 mths. Will definitely return. Pool is open until midnight as well.
