We stayed here for 6 nights. Pool area was clean and jacuzzi worked perfectly which is sometimes rare in hotels. The rooms were bigger than normal, clean and nice. The train was the only complaint. Our room backed to the pool and constant trains would pass all night long. They blow their whistles and it did keep us up aome nights. I think by the last night we started to get used to it. Anyway, breakfast was good and would recommend.

My family and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for five days for an upcoming retirement event. We were enjoying our family visit in good spirits until a male employee entered our room with a key card. *(An earlier request for Kleenex to the front desk).*
As he proceeded to walk right in, we were shocked and frightened because we were not fully dressed. His actions were clearly a violation of our privacy which caused my family to feel very unsafe. Afterwards, we immediately notified the front desk however, he appeared not to be phased by the ordeal and rudely shrugged it off.
In addition, the hallways reeked with marijuana.

Hotel easy access to California free way. Clean, nice decorating room great view by pool area, good b'fast area. Very accommodating front desk-eddy, help check in to the room with less noisy from the first visit in the first floor next to boiler room. Great service that's how they made the customer satisfaction.

Well so I went here with my family and enjoyed it here a lot. The first impression is very nice and also the rooms are quiet big. Bathrooms are really modern. Must mention that here is a free wi-fi which is very nice and kind.

Beds were very comfortable, dreamlike inducers. AC worked through our 3 night stay, but must admit that out of our two rooms, the one were I was staying was making engine like noises, but it kept the room cool through the heat wave that made us stay there in the first place. Staff at the front desk polite and formal, but a little stiff in demeanor. Housekeepers a little on the slow side, but like always, the unsung heroes of keeping up the establishment. Colton is a little run down, but we felt safe at all times inside the property. We stayed there because it was the better rate and reputation of Holiday Inn. Breakfast was plentiful, hot and cold items, enough to last till dinner. Pool looked small, but with plenty of takers splashing about. Decent stay, but be careful when selecting a place to eat, for we paid dearly and ate poorly. 4 Stars.
