Customer service was exceptional.
Jon Gon 12/11/2017 00:14Stuck in Crystal River because of weather we looked for a room only to find out that every hotel in the area was sold out. I pled my case to Sherill at the front desk. She did some checking and was able to get us in. Only because of her exceptional customer service were we accomodated.
2 minutes away from manatees, very clean!

Super easy to get to manateee tour stop so you don't have to way up early for a long drive :) hotel was super clean, really nice inside and great friendly staff! Loved our stay! Free easy parking too.

kathryn hon 21/09/2017 15:45we got lucky to find this hotel. lucky to get a room at all. then it turns out this holiday inn is a delight & gem in their chain. all the staff was terrific. they had powered returned to them the day before we arrived & many of the staff did not have power at home. you would never know it, all were top notch & helpful.
the rooms are comfy & very clean.
I can't say enough good things about our stay here. we will stay here when we come back.
Great Evacuation!
gatorcindyon 13/09/2017 21:43Had to evacuate my home in Tampa area because of Hurricane Irma and somehow found a double king bed room here! It was so comfortable! They were very welcoming and clean. We were even able to bring our cat for no extra charge. Nice breakfast the next day was also nice. My only criticism was fresh oatmeal would have been nice. Very friendly team when we were all panicked about the hurricane. Great stay!
