I was so pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff, gorgeous grounds, and pool. the bed and pillows were like sleeping in the clouds.The breakfast was such a culinary extravaganza quite impressive! As was
Tere the woman who was in charge of the breakfast. I t was so nice to have very healthy low fat low carb choices for breakfast helped me to recover from all the festivities at the wedding i was down here to attend. thank you so much for giving my husband and I a rejuvenating and relaxing experience!!!

I stayed here bookending a business trip. Great hotel. Clean. Very friendly staff. The evening shift supervisor Mark F. was terrific. I'd definitely stay here again and fairly convenient to the I-10 and close to those activities you'd might want to do in Palm Springs or shopping in Rancho Mirage. Also, I'd have to say that the complimentary breakfast was pretty good! That's not always the case.

Warm and friendly welcome from Mark who checked us in. He upgraded our room, which was very nice. On both accounts location was ideal, nice and quiet, but also close to restaurants. He recommended a Mexican restaurant to us, and it as very nice.
Room very clean. Outdoor pool was great. Complementary Cookies were also very nice.

I made a reservation here for three rooms, one with a handicapped access. The reservations were made for the wrong day, a minor?? detail I had overlooked. The General Manager, Mr. Pomalas, I believe was his name, took control. He called the issuing company and after talking with several people, we were able to arrange the rooms. His willingness to go out of his way to help us out is most likely why the rooms were so clean and comfortable. The pool area clean and well kept. Although the hot tub wasn't working properly, I am confident that by now, it has been repaired. Mr. Pomalas repairs things quickly. To top things off, he recommended a restaurant that was also excellent. I apologize if I got his name wrong.

Arrived late and there was a room available. The room was large, quiet, very comfortable, and clean. The pool area was well kept up and an enjoyable place to just hang. Breakfast was good and the usual fair of Holiday Inn. There was a good variety of food and enough available all the way to the end. The staff was so helpful and nice.
