Booked this hotel to stay the night before our cruise at the Jacksonville port. Hotel was well beyond our expectations! Everything modern, clean and friendly. This is a great hotel to relax in before boarding a cruise ship!

Clean rooms, friendly and accommodating staff. Air conditioning units need updating.Our boarding for the cruise was delayed and there was no place to hold our luggage for us. They used to have one but it got shut down by the city. Fire hazard or something. They did allow us a late checkout, so that helped. They also run the breakfast later than usual to accommodate the cruise passengers staying there.

Out of the way off of Interstate 295 going around Jacksonville, however only 5 miles from the Jacksonville Zoo.
Rooms were clean, however is hotel is pet friendly, so let reservations know you do not want to be near Dogs.
Has hot breakfast in each AM. I would go back, however no restaurants close by except Wendy's next door. The hotel was quiet at night.

While the overall room was clean the carpet and covered sitting bench were not, very stained and the room had the old heating/cooling unit by the window which didn't seem to have a thermostat and when running the curtains were waving in the air from the blowing vent. The breakfast was good but I will not stay there again.

Excellent service! The staff was so friendly! Great place to stay overnight! Breakfast was really good! The room was very clean and all in all it was a good experience. We did not have reservations and pulled in due to a bad lightning storm.
