Fantastic location just outside of city centre ,rooms very clean and fresh with iron and hairdryer provided in room.breakfast very yummy all included in price excellent value for money..staff excellent..WELL DONE GUYS...thank you

If you are looking for a no frills place to stay close to Leeds City centre then the Holiday Inn would be hard to beat. A warm friendly welcome at reception, clean rooms and a comfy bed all at sensible prices.
One small gripe is that the water flow from the shower could be much better.

we stayed here on a flying visit to leeds. our daughter is a student. we enjoyed the german market, shops, exploring and eating too. walked from city to hotel on the evening. we had complimentary drink voucher, nice red. all staff we met from bar to breakfast on morning, to check out, atlanta(hope this correct) were so lovely and helpful. ordered taxi to take us into city for further shopping. free breakfast was good choice and well stocked. again really lovely.

Wanting a hotel not too far from the city centre at a reasonable price this hotel ticked all the boxes. Check in was efficient and very helpful. Although you expect a basic room when not paying much I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with our room. There was an iron, hairdryer and tea making facilities all provided. Getting in quite late in the early hours there was staff on at reception along with snacks etc to purchase. Breakfast on a Sunday morning four of us headed down at ten. There was no member of staff to advise us if we needed to provide room numbers despite several people queuing and as it was really busy and limited places to sit, a lack of staff cleaning tables. This is my only criticism of our stay the breakfast isn't brilliant but certainly passable. Parking was six pound an evening. Definitely an hotel I'd consider again.

Stayed Sat 11th Nov - concert at First Arena - easy to find, good car park, excellent hotel staff - very helpful. Great size very clean room on 1st floor - excellent crisp bedding and towels. Reception staff organised taxi for us and advised best place to go to organise a return taxi. Breakfast was a little hectic, but food was plentiful and it just kept on coming and was really good. Staff were very friendly.
Could not find fault.
